| Company Introduction | The Viticola Sarica Niculițel winery is located in the oldest vineyard of Dobrogea, near the Danube Delta. We are proud of our valuable terroir where loess soil, sunny days and constant refreshing winds give a distinctive personality to our wines. Even though traditional methods have been preserved, new winemaking technologies are masterfully handled by our oenologists to emphasize the specific character of the Sarica Niculițel terroir. Caii de la Letea is the brand with the highest growth dynamics in the premium segment. Viticola Sarica Niculițel Storage head approximately 5 million litres. About 700 barrels. | Product Introduction | We (Caii de la Letea brand) are world market lieder in Aligote, which is the second most planted white varietal in Burgundy, but our vinification technique is totally different than Burgundy. Aligote si a perfect wine for pairing with fish and sea food, as well as light dishes or even casual drinking, without food. We believe that this wine has a very good potential in any market where fish and seafood is popular. Caii de la Letea is transalted to “Horses of Letea”, which is the largest colony of wild (free) horses in Europe and there is a huge potential to promote this brand, as the horses are animals that transmit emotions and they are located near our winery.
