| Product Introduction | Our Bonito del Norte is always made with fresh fish caught by line during the campaign, from june to october. We make a strict selection of this raw material to offer to our customer the best Bonito del Norte preserve. To produce our anchovies, we select the finest raw materials: fresh fish caught in spring during the "costera" period. We are committed to sustainability and take great care with each and every product, preparing our tinned fish using traditional methods, drawing on the expertise gained over five generations. |
